Bremik Construction teamed with Venerable Properties, PacTrust, and SERA Architects to fully renovate the abandoned iconic Portland landmark into an active commercial anchor for the Central Eastside and Buckman neighborhood. The 116,000 sf building underwent renovations on all four floors, creating unique spaces for creative office use and retail. The project team restored the existing 800-seat auditorium as a performance/event space for Mississippi Studios and added a rooftop deck with priceless views of the city.
